Inspection found that the starter is not engaging the flywheel. We need to remove the starter to be able to inspect the flywheel teeth and starter drive. Post inspection- the flywheel teeth are in good condition at this time. Recommend replacing the starter and retesting. Also found that the upper air box hose nipple is broken at the air box prior to service.
Post repair, the vehicle would not move in gear. Found that the automatic transmission fluid was 3 & 1/2 quarts low on fluid. Added transmission fluid and the vehicle would move.

Oil level was at minimum prior to service. No leaks visible. Battery at 12.4 voltage & 80% health. Cabin air filter needs replaced. Missing chunk out of it as if eaten by rodent. Engine air filter dirty. Recommend replacing. Replaced both cabin air filter & engine air filter. Topped off washer fluid. Coolant fluid okay. ATF fluid condition: sealed unit. Serpentine belt okay. Tire pressure at 35 psi. All four tires at 9/32nds tread depth. Both front brake pads at 8mm thickness. Both rear brake pads at 10mm thickness. Oil life reset.

We did not notice any damage or anything loose The brakes make a loud squalling noise sometimes, the rotors are glazed. The pads have some life left on them 6mm on Front, 4mm on Rear
