P1E00 Hybrid power train control module 2 requested MIL illumination. P1F56 Hybrid /EV battery pack coolant control valve stuck. Inspection and testing found that the coolant control valve is within specification of the O.E. test range value feedback. The test showed that the unit has 12 volts at 100% open and zero volts at 0% command on. When the OBD2 extension is plugged in. Tested the system 3 times and on the 2nd test, terminal 6 on the pump commanding 12 volts is only receiving 5.06 volts. The coolant control valve stuck half open / half closed.

Battery at 78% charge, 12.47v voltage & at 66% health. Wiper blades okay. Engine air filter okay. Topped off washer fluid. Coolant fluid okay. Power steering fluid okay. ATF fluid condition okay & pink in color. Serpentine belt okay. All four tires at 10+/32nds tread depth. Both front brake pads at 9mm thickness. Both rear brakes are drum Oil life reset. Lug nuts torqued to 140 ft lbs.
Rotate tires (only).
Misfire possible. P0300 codes in history on cylinder 6 & 8. Recommend dropping vehicle off night before so vehicle is cold next day upon inspection to pull plugs & do further diagnostic.

Prior to service: check engine light on & TPMS light on; oil leaking on motor from top to bottom. Oil droplets hitting ground when sitting from pools of oil collecting from previous leaks which have ran down to middle of vehicle. Oil was checked & is full. Front brake pads at 5mm thickness. Rear brake pads are drum. Tire tread depth within required specifications.
