Mileage80,703Service Date10/24/2025Services Performed- Engine code- U1113 Lost A/C pressure message. Transmission code- P1723 Lock up/select control circuit. ABS- C121A Steering angle sensor not initialized. U01010 Lost communication with the TCM. Airbag- U0019 Can B Bus TIPM- U0021 Can B Bus. B162C Left low beam circuit high. B1661 Front fog light control circuit open. Radio- Can B Bus TPMS- C0077 Low pressure We were unable to duplicate the P1723 lock up code. The transmission fluid is full and the color is good. We let the vehicle idle for two hours and test drove the vehicle twice. We will need the event to occur while it is at our facility to be able to recommend the proper repairs if any are needed.
- Customer has an LED light bulb in place on the left side low beam which is not original equipment style. The unit does have power when commanded. We found no ground to the bulb when testing. Inspection found a cluster of approximately 10 grounds that appear to all be rusted and corroded. The negative battery cable is also corroded. We would need to replace and repair these connections then retest.
- We replaced the battery cables then cleaned and repaired the ground bundle that was previously discussed. We also found that the L.E.D. headlight bulb on the driver side low beam. It was also not working constantly. We replaced it with a standard bulb. After the repair and a test drive. The transmission code did not return. There is a possibility that the wiring issues were related to the codes in the system? If any of the issues return we will need to do further inspection and diagnostics. During a test drive the technician noticed that the steering wheel is off center and the vehicle pulls to the right. The windshield wiper arms park in a high position. If this is a concern, we will need to investigate further at another time.
