- DRIVER DOOR PANEL – Remove & Replace
- IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER & DOOR – Repair & Re-key (2 new keys)
- Includes: test drive, complete code scan & full check of vehicle, check all fluids (levels & conditions), leaks, brakes, tires, lights, suspension, steering, etc. Check engine light is on prior to service. P0497 Evap small purge flow. Driver side front wheel bearing is noisy / growling. Multiple oil leaks noticed. The oil pan, valve cover, camshaft seal & possible many other leaks. We would need to clean and degrease the engine and add dye start with before performing need repairs. Both of the rear struts are leaking. Both of the C.V. axles have boots that are torn and leaking. Also noticed a shake on acceleration during test drive. Drives rear outside door handle is broken. The air filter box is missing a hold down bolt. Both lower ball joint boots are torn but have no play at this time. Both lower control arms appear to have been replaced. The rack & pinion appears to have been replaced. The steering wheel is off center. Both of the serpentine belts are saturated in oil. The power steering belt is starting to fray. The front brakes are extremely warped but have 10mm pad thickness. The pull handle for the hood release is broken.

2010 Dodge Grand Caravan

Inspect vehicle for brake fluid leaks, fluid contamination, and moisture content of the fluid. Inspect the power brake booster for proper operation. Scan for any brake related diagnostic trouble codes. Remove the wheels and check the brake lining condition and thickness and for any seized or improperly operating components. Inspection and test drive noticed- A strong tire vibration at highway speeds. The vehicle has a pull to the left. The lower control arm bushings are torn and loose on both the driver & passenger side. The left front brake caliper is hanging / seizing. There are hot spots on the right front brake rotor. Both rotors are glazed and warped. All of the engine mounts are loose. The passenger inner tie rod has slight play. The front sway bar links are noisy. Customer declined repairs at this time.

Driver rear- outboard pad 4mm, inboard pad 8mm. Passenger rear- outboard 5mm, inboard pad 8mm. Also noticed the tires are very noisy. The rear tire tread is very chopped on the inner edge.
