- We were able to verify the customer concern. The HVAC mode door and/or acuator and the blend door and/or actuator will make the noise when commanded on with a scan tool. They are not setting any codes at this time. We will need to reschedule where we can have more time with the vehicle to be able to properly diagnose the issue and recommend the correct repair(s) that are needed.
